Personal Training

I love training one on one, it gives me a chance to cater the program just to you and your goals. I also train all of my personal training clients with a TRX suspension training system which uses body weight to train the body. It is such a wonderful tool that I can use anywhere! I also incorporate some circuits from my boot camp class which speeds up the metabolism.
