My Boot Camp

Hello all! I am a NASM certified personal trainer, I run a fitness boot camp in midtown Sacramento, CA. The boot camp meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 6-7am or 7-8 am. It’s a very positive environment which encourages women to become stronger on the inside and out. My clients see results within weeks and is very rewarding.

On the off days, I give tips for what my clients should do for cardio. Cardio and nutrition are an important part of the program which I help with. Once a month I take measurements and weight which helps keep everyone on track.

The program is simple, sweat a lot, work hard, see results. Everyone goes at their own pace but that doesn’t mean you aren’t challenged in every class. I train women of all ages and shapes, this program works for everyone! I also train clients who are out of state by using my boot camp to go program.
